A preliminary standardisation of the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test for Setswana-speaking university students

After completing my dissertation, I felt strongly that I do not want it to lie on my bookshelf and gather dust. I wanted to make the work available to a greater audience and contribute to the discourse on the challenges psychological assessment faces in the multicultural South African context.

As such, I wrote up the findings and submitted it for peer review and publication in the South African Journal of Psychology (SAJP). The peer review process involves the manuscript anonymously being scrutinised by colleagues with a similar field of interest in psychology. Once they are satisfied with the credibility and quality of the research, it gets published.

What a thrill to see my work in print!
